Terms of use

ClearVet Admin is a private, invitation-only tool for curating UK vet practice prices. By signing in you agree to these terms.

Access

• Only Google accounts an admin has added to the users list can sign in. Access is personal: do not share your account or session.
• Admins can change your role or remove your access at any time.

Using the tool

• Use it only for the work it is meant for: checking, correcting and adding vet practice details and prices.
• Enter only information you have from a legitimate source (the practice's own website, public registers, or the practice itself), and say where it came from when the form asks.
• Do not copy the data out of the tool for other purposes, and do not try to reach parts of the tool or server you were not given access to.
• Every change is logged with your email, the time and your IP address. See the privacy notice.

The data

Practice details and prices are gathered from public sources and may be incomplete or out of date. The tool is provided as is, without any warranty, and may change or be unavailable at any time.
