Privacy
ClearVet Admin is a private tool for a small team that curates UK vet practice prices. Only people an admin has added to the users list can sign in. This page explains what happens to your data when you sign in with Google.
What we receive from Google
When you sign in, Google tells us your email address, your name and the address of your profile picture. We ask for nothing else: no contacts, no Gmail, no Drive, no other Google data.
What we store and why
- Your email address and role, so we can check you are allowed in.
- Your name and profile picture address, to show your avatar in the admin.
- A login session: a random token kept in a cookie in your browser (we store only a hash of it), when it was created and expires, your IP address and browser name. It keeps you signed in for up to 30 days.
- An activity log: each sign-in, refused sign-in and change made in the admin, with your email, the time and your IP address, so changes can be traced.
Your browser also remembers your colour theme and which release notes you have seen. That stays in your browser and is not sent to us.
Sharing
We do not sell or share this data with anyone, and we do not use it for advertising or analytics. It is held on our own server and seen only by the admins of this tool.
How long we keep it
Account and log records are kept as an audit trail for as long as the tool runs. When access is removed, the account is marked removed and cannot sign in, but its past log entries remain.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or object to how it is used. Email lordzix@gmail.com. You can also revoke this app's access to your Google account at any time in your Google account settings.
